"Dwayne Stephens, the Field Manager with Bath Planet, afforded us phenomenal customer service regarding our master shower. His meticulous tile craftsman, James Fernandez, worked on tiling our master bathroom from 2/13/2024-2-17/2024. It was an enormous job which required tiling from floor to ceiling with 7 x 4 inch marble pieces. Because the shower was an irregular size, a large number of those 7 x 4 inch tiles needed to be cut. Living on the 2nd floor, James had to continually walk up and down 3 sets of long steps. James was extremely professional and polite during the entire project. At the end of his workday, he organized all of his work materials in the interior of the shower and cleaned up the work area. James fully dedicated his work to the job and was not on his cell phone. He was absolutely diligent and committed to completing the work with a high degree of precision. The master bathroom looks like a page out of “Home and Garden” magazine. James is a master architect with tile as his medium. I would highly recommend James Fernandez for transforming your bathroom into a work of art or un chef d’oeuvre. We were absolutely amazed by the intricacy and attention to detail of this job. Dwayne and James were outstanding to work with."
